I just wanted to take a moments to thank instructor for today's CPR and First Aid class. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient with all of us. I truly feel like I learned so much, and his teaching style made everything so clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to gain real confidence in these lifesaving skills!

I came all the way from Montreal to take Waleed's course in Ottawa, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Waleed is an exceptional instructor — super interactive, very approachable, and he brings a great sense of humor that makes the learning experience enjoyable and engaging. His way of teaching keeps you focused and comfortable throughout the entire course. I'll definitely be coming back to renew my certification with him next time.

Waleed was welcoming, friendly and took the time to meet me at my skill level during the training. He never rushed in his clarifications, creating an environment that made me feel comfortable to ask questions at any point and engage with other participants.

I highly recommend First Aid Connect if you need to get certified. The staff was helpful in helping me get the course I needed, and the course was outstanding. Noor was my instructor and was informative and led the class very effectively. Will use them for all my First Aid course needs.
