Join us for an advanced life-saving training course in Ottawa! Our Professional Responder program includes multiple course levels including First Responder, Emergency Medical Responder, Emergency Medical Responder Upgrade, First Responder Recertification and Emergency Medical Responder Recertification.
Each of these courses are designed to teach first responders various skills ranging from CPR to trauma to transporting patients. Learn from our highly-skilled instructors and practice with top-notch equipment. After completing your Professional Responder course with us, you will leave feeling confident in your life-saving skills!

First Aid Connect is just the best! Firstly, Kareem was such an excellent teacher. So knowledgeable and passionate. I loved learning from him he kept the class so engaging! I've done first aid enough times now and only after this class with Kareem I feel the most prepared.
