I highly recommend First Aid Connect if you need to get certified. The staff was helpful in helping me get the course I needed, and the course was outstanding. Noor was my instructor and was informative and led the class very effectively. Will use them for all my First Aid course needs. Plan to send my children for the babysitter course for added safety when home alone. Thank you.

I truly feel like I learned so much, and his teaching style made everything so clear and easy to understand. Waleed was welcoming, friendly and took the time to meet me at my skill level during the training. He never rushed in his clarifications, creating an environment that made me feel comfortable to ask questions at any point and engage with other participants.

Abdallah was an exceptional first aid instructor. He delivered the material in a highly interactive and engaging way that made learning practical and memorable. His focus on hands on practice helped build real muscle memory and confidence in applying the skills. This was one of the most effective and enjoyable training experiences I've had.

This was the third time taking my first aid and CPR course and it was my best experience yet. Normally in my past experiences, the day seemed extremely long, but Noor taught the class with a lot of passion and spoke in a way that kept me focused and attentive.
