Cancellation Policy
As long as 3 business days (72 business hours) notice is given, we will process any cancellation (with a full refund) or rescheduling (with full credit).Any Cancellations within 3 business days (72 business hours) or changes made to an existing booking will NOT be refunded. For any cancellations/rescheduling within the 3 business days of the course, a 35$ administrative fee will be applied. If there is any need to change or cancel a booking with more than 3 business days notice, please contact us at (613) 963-0222 during business hours, or email office@firstaidconnect.ca with your booking number and request.Late Arrival Policy
First Aid Connect follows the Canadian Red Cross guidelines for all of our First Aid & CPR courses. This means that any student who has arrived to their course more than 20 minutes late will not be allowed into the class for ANY reason.This policy is strictly enforced by our instructors. Please make sure that you arrive in a timely manner for your class. Any participants who are more than 20 minutes late and miss their class a result will not be eligible for any refund or compensation. You will have to sign up for a new course on an alternate date.Cancellation due to Covid
For cancellations due to to Covid, we will apply the full registration fee to the participants account as credit. This credit may be used to register for any of our future courses (within 1 year) after the student has recovered from Covid.If there is any need to change or cancel a booking due to Covid, please contact us at (613) 963-0222 during business hours, or email office@firstaidconnect.ca with your booking number.
