First Aid Connect is proud to offer the most flexible cancellation policy in the city of Ottawa!
3+ Business Days Before Training Course
Course can be fully refunded or freely transfered to any another course date / location as long as 3 business days notice is given.
1-3 Business Days Before Training Course
Course cannot be cancelled, but can be rescheduled with a 35$ administrative fee to another course date / location.
Within 1 Business Day / Same Day Cancellation
Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds or rescheduling for requests made within 1 business day of the course regardless of the reason.
Cancellation Policy
As long as 3 business days (72 business hours) notice is given, we will process any cancellation (with a full refund) or rescheduling (with full credit).Any cancellations within 3 business days (72 business hours) or changes made to an existing booking will NOT be refunded. We are more than happy to reschedule your training course, but please note a 35$ administrative fee will be applied. Please note: online courses are non-refundable once processed.If there is any need to change or cancel a booking with more than 3 business days notice, please contact us at (613) 963-0222 during business hours, or email contact@firstaidconnect.ca with your booking number and request.Late Arrival Policy
First Aid Connect follows the Canadian Red Cross guidelines for all of our First Aid & CPR courses. This means that any student who has arrived to their course more than 30 minutes late will not be allowed into the class for ANY reason.This policy is strictly enforced by our instructors. Please make sure that you arrive in a timely manner for your class. Any participants who are more than 30 minutes late and miss their class a result will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.
