Renew your blended Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR certification in Ottawa. Blended recertification courses combine an online learning component with in-person training. Select a date at one of our Kanata, St-Laurent, or Nepean training centres.
This calendar includes Intermediate (Standard) First Aid & CPR/AED Level C recertification and CPR/AED Level C recertification. You must hold a valid, unexpired certificate to attend. If you need a full first-time course instead, please use our full registration booking page.

A shorter renewal of comprehensive first aid training covering common injuries, medical emergencies, CPR, and AED use. Intermediate First Aid, also known as Standard First Aid, is a common workplace requirement. Use this when you already hold a valid certificate and qualify for recertification.
- CPR/AED Level C Recertification
Renew focused CPR and AED training for adults, children, and infants. Best when you already hold a CPR/AED Level C certificate and do not need a full first aid recertification.
