By Car
From Highway 417, exit toward Belfast Road / St-Laurent. Our Ottawa East classroom is at 888 Belfast Rd Unit #207.
Free parking is available at the Belfast Road facility.
By Transit
OC Transpo routes 39, 40, and 41 stop at St-Laurent / Belfast, a short walk from our classroom. Routes 19 and 42 also serve nearby Belfast / Industrial stops. St-Laurent O-Train station (Line 1) is close by if you are transferring from the LRT.

I highly recommend First Aid Connect if you need to get certified. The staff was helpful in helping me get the course I needed, and the course was outstanding. Noor was my instructor and was informative and led the class very effectively. Will use them for all my First Aid course needs. Plan to send my children for the babysitter course for added safety when home alone. Thank you.

I completed the Canadian Red Cross course, and it was an outstanding experience! The instructor was highly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the training easy to understand. The hands-on practice was excellent, each participant had their own manikin, which provided plenty of opportunity to build confidence and practice the skills properly. The course was very well organized and professionally delivered. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality First Aid and CPR training.

I came all the way from Montreal to take Waleed's course in Ottawa, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Waleed is an exceptional instructor — super interactive, very approachable, and he brings a great sense of humor that makes the learning experience enjoyable and engaging.
