This means that the in-class portion is a 1 day training session. Once a participant registers for the class, an email will be sent with information regarding the online portion. This portion needs to be completed prior to the in-person date chosen for the class.

Participants who successfully complete the online component, attend and participate in the full in-class session, demonstrate the required skills, and pass the knowledge evaluation will receive a digital Canadian Red Cross Standard/Intermediate First Aid & CPR / AED Level C certificate valid for three years.

For participants who also require BLS (Basic Life Support or CPR-HCP) we offer a combined Standard First Aid & CPR / AED + BLS course by clicking here. This is perfect for anyone looking to complete both their First Aid & BLS in Ottawa on the same day.

Waleed was welcoming, friendly and took the time to meet me at my skill level during the training. He never rushed in his clarifications, creating an environment that made me feel comfortable to ask questions at any point and engage with other participants.

This was the third time taking my first aid and CPR course and it was my best experience yet. Normally in my past experiences, the day seemed extremely long, but Noor taught the class with a lot of passion and spoke in a way that kept me focused and attentive. He's very experienced and knowledgeable about what he's doing. Keep up the great work Noor!!
