Build real-world confidence in responding to cardiac emergencies with Heart and Stroke-certified training at First Aid Connect. Based in Ottawa, our provider-level courses help healthcare professionals and first responders meet certification requirements through recognised, hands-on basic life support training.
Heart and Stroke training is suitable for healthcare professionals, first responders, and anyone who needs to meet workplace requirements for CPR or first aid training. These programs are designed for nurses, physicians, paramedics, and other clinical staff who must respond to cardiovascular emergencies such as heart attack or stroke.
Our courses are also valuable for first aid course participants working in healthcare-adjacent roles, including dental professionals, care workers, and fitness instructors. If your role involves supporting patients with heart diseases or providing emergency intervention, these programs ensure you can recognise and respond with confidence.
All Heart and Stroke courses at First Aid Connect follow the national foundation curriculum. You’ll learn how to respond confidently during time-critical events such as cardiovascular emergencies, strokes, and cardiac arrest.
